The momentum keeps building for the Gladstone Port City Power women, with the signing of import guard Amanda Frost for season 2018.

She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she was in the nation’s top 10 for Division 1 scoring in the 2013/14 season at 22.5PPG. Frost has h…eld professional playing contracts in Egypt, Romania and Poland. Most recently playing for KS JAS FGB Sosnowied in Poland, Frost averaged 15PPG, while shooting 46.7% from the field and 92.9% from the foul line.
On the acquisition of Frost, Coach Ray Cooper said “I am thrilled to announce Amanda Frost as our second import for 2018. Amanda is an exceptional shooter and playmaker, who has the ability to play either guard position. She had an outstanding division 1 college career and has had a number of positive professional experiences since that time. We felt we could find an import guard who was a better cultural fit for the direction of our program and believe we have done that with the addition of Amanda. I trust she will be an impactful player in this league and someone who is equally as influential in the community. I look forward to her arrival in Gladstone”
